FAQ

Good questions deserve clear answers.

For security issues, use the dedicated contact in the footer instead of sharing sensitive data.

Is Nora Wallet self-custodial?+

Yes. You control the wallet credentials. Nora Wallet does not provide account recovery and cannot restore a lost recovery phrase or private key.

Where are my wallet secrets stored?+

Wallet secrets are encrypted inside the extension vault on your device. They are not sent to this landing website.

Which networks are supported?+

Nora Wallet supports integrated EVM networks and verified custom EVM RPC configurations. Feature availability can differ by network and provider.

Can I import an existing wallet?+

Yes. Nora Wallet supports recovery-phrase and private-key imports. A private-key wallet can only back up that private key; it cannot reveal a recovery phrase that never existed.

Does Nora Wallet charge fees?+

Blockchains charge network fees. Swap or cross-chain providers may also include provider or route fees, which should be reviewed before approval.

How do I stay safe?+

Verify the website origin, network, recipient, token approval, and transaction data. Never share your recovery phrase or enter it into a website.
